Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments—no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not permitted within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Failure to show for your appointment will result in being charged the full service amount.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or may forfeit part of their service. In either case, the full cost of the original appointment will still apply.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Complimentary adjustments are available within 7 days if you are dissatisfied with your service results. Adjustments are not provided if you simply change your mind, and additional charges may apply depending on the request.
