Maria Aiello Salon was born from a lifelong passion for hair and a dream years in the making. What began as a love for creating shape, movement, and beauty grew into something bigger: a salon built to bring artistry, precision, and hospitality together under one roof.
Every detail of the space was designed with one purpose in mind — to create a luxurious, welcoming experience where every client feels confident, cared for, and completely at ease.
Meet The Team
Maria Aiello
Owner & Founder
Maria’s journey began at just 14, working in a salon while still in high school, and later continued at the renowned Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. Since then, she’s built a global community of over 6 million followers sharing her passion for hair.
In November 2025, she brought that lifelong dream to life, opening Maria Aiello Salon to create a luxurious, welcoming space where every client feels confident and cared for.
Jenna Rinaldi
Master Colorist
With over 8 years of experience, Jenna specializes in seamless, lived-in color — from dimensional brunettes to sun-kissed blondes that grow out beautifully. She’s certified through the Wella Academy in balayage and stays current through ongoing color education.
For Jenna, color is personal: she takes the time to understand each client’s hair and lifestyle to create timeless, confidence-boosting results.
Andrea Oliva
Colorist & Stylist
With 12 years behind the chair, Andrea specializes in hair extensions and lived-in color, creating natural, low-maintenance looks that grow out effortlessly. Known for her warmth and attention to detail, she takes the time to truly listen to each client’s goals.
Her mission: to make every guest feel confident, refreshed, and like their best self.
Nicolette Sherding
Colorist & Stylist
With over 8 years behind the chair, Nicolette specializes in seamless blondes, lived-in brunettes, fashion colors, and precision haircutting. She’s passionate about the creativity hair brings and takes pride in creating looks that feel effortless, personalized, and beautiful.

Hi, I’m Bella! I’m passionate about helping every client feel beautiful, confident, and like the best version of themselves. I specialize in low-maintenance cuts and color, extensions, and lived-in blondes and brunettes that enhance your natural beauty and fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
I’m committed to continuing my education and growing my craft through the Bellami Master Class, multiple Hanzo cutting classes, and Wella color classes.
My favorite part of being a stylist is building genuine connections with my clients and creating a look that makes them feel confident long after they leave the salon.
