Maria Aiello Salon was created from a lifelong passion for hair and a dream that started at a young age. Growing up, Maria was always styling the hair of friends and family, quickly realizing that creating shape, movement, and beauty through hair was what she was meant to do.
By the age of 14, Maria was already working in a salon while attending a high school trade program, dedicating every moment she could to learning the craft. After graduating cosmetology school, she continued her education at the renowned Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, where she studied the precision cutting techniques that helped shape her signature approach to hair.
Over the years, Maria refined her skills behind the chair while also sharing educational hair content online, growing a global community of over 6 million followers and collaborating with some of the most respected stylists and brands in the industry.
But the dream of opening her own salon never faded.
In November 2025, the opportunity finally arose to bring that vision to life. From that moment, Maria began building a space designed with one purpose in mind: to create a luxurious, welcoming salon experience where every client feels confident, cared for, and their absolute best.

Master Colorist
With over 8 years of experience in the beauty industry, Jenna Rinaldi has built a reputation for creating effortless, low-maintenance color that enhances her clients’ natural beauty while still feeling modern and elevated. Her approach focuses on thoughtful placement, dimension, and tones that grow out seamlessly, allowing clients to maintain beautiful color that fits naturally into their lifestyle.
Growing up around her mother, a lifelong colorist, Jenna developed a deep appreciation for the artistry behind hair color from an early age. Being exposed to the salon environment and watching the transformation and confidence that great hair can bring inspired her to pursue a career in the industry. That early influence shaped her passion for beauty and continues to guide the way she approaches her craft today.
Jenna specializes in seamless, lived-in color, including dimensional brunettes, soft blended highlights, and sun-kissed blondes that feel natural, bright, and effortlessly beautiful. Her goal with every service is to create color that enhances each client’s features while also growing out beautifully over time.
Throughout her career, Jenna has remained dedicated to continuing education and advanced color training, learning from some of New York’s leading color experts and staying up to date with the latest techniques and trends in modern hair color. She is also certified through the Wella Academy in balayage, refining her expertise in hand-painted color and dimensional blonding.

Colorist & Stylist
With over 12 years of experience behind the chair, Andrea brings passion, creativity, and dedication to every appointment. She has loved the beauty industry since day one and continues to stay inspired by helping clients feel confident and beautiful through personalized hair transformations.
Andrea specializes in hair extensions and lived-in color, creating soft, natural, low-maintenance looks that enhance each client’s features and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for dimensional blonding, seamless balayage, rich brunette tones, or added length and volume with extensions, Andrea focuses on results that grow out beautifully and remain effortless between visits.
Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Andrea takes the time to truly listen to each client’s goals and create a customized plan to achieve their dream hair while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair.
